REACH OUT
The first step in the process is to reach out to us. This can be done either by giving us a call at (425) 582-1983, filling out a form or sending us an email. Once we receive your contact, we will reach out to you to learn more about your project. We will also ask for pictures of your space or plans/drawings (if you have them, if not don't worry!) and any inspiration photos you may have before moving on to the next step of the phone consultation. This will allow us to have a general baseline of information going into our phone consultation!
PHONE CONSULTATION
We value your time which is why we start with a phone consultation to gain an in depth understanding of your project prior to scheduling a site visit.
We will go over all of the details of your project and what your desired outcome is from design to functionality. Also, we will discuss a "rough" budget of what you are hoping to complete the project for. This allows us to arrive at our site visit with ideas and suggestions on how to get the most out of your project at your budget.
This should take roughly 30 minutes.
SITE VISIT
Our site visits last anywhere from 30-60 minutes. During this time we will confirm measurements to obtain accurate pricing from vendors and suppliers. You will have the opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have. We will also present different ideas or suggestions that we have created based on our previous meetings.
You will walk away from this meeting confident that the estimate we present matches exactly what your desired outcome is for this project!
RECEIVE YOUR ESTIMATE
Typically, within 7 days after your site visit, we will provide you with a detailed estimate. This allows us time to gather accurate pricing from vendors and subcontractors, which elimanates surprise costs after your project has been started.
Our estimates are extremely detailed. To avoid any confusion and to ensure that all of your questions are answered we present our estimates in either another site visit or a video conference.
We want you to have the utmost confidence that you are getting exactly what you want without any surprises down the line!
MOVING FORWARD
Once all your questions have been answered and you are ready to move forward, there are two things that we require, a signed contract and 10% deposit.
Moving forward, the payment schedule is as follows;

40% of contract value at project kickoff

25% of contract value at project midpoint

15% of contract value at punchlist
-
10% of contract value at project completion
THROUGHOUT YOUR PROJECT
For the duration of your project we will be in constant communication with you.
We establish a regular meeting schedule to discuss progress, any action items that are needed, and ultimately to keep a scheduled meeting on both parties calendar to make sure the project progresses seamlessly and communication is streamlined.
COMPLETION AND WARRANTY
We stand behind what we build.
Once your project is completed and you are happy with the work that has been completed, you're one year warranty period starts.
